Work and play

If you’re a BCU customer, you’ll know we're passionate about local businesses. We appreciate how hard business owners work and how difficult it can be to get away for the entire 10-day festival, so we suggest a little "work and play" holiday. Here's how it works:

1. Stay for the entire week.

2. During the day, work at a local coworking space or from the comfort of your accommodation. The festival’s top accommodation recommendations are The Observatory Coffs Harbour and Holiday Coffs Coast. Get 10% off your stay with code COFFSCOASTFOODWINE.

3. Attend as many events as you like around your working hours.

4. Rinse and repeat.

Here's to thinking outside the box!

Plan ahead

The program of events features some exclusive, exciting events. That means seats might be limited, so plan early and book your tickets now. We're personally excited about the Three Blue Ducks opening dinner and the cheesemaking workshop. There's even an opportunity to combine your love of craft beer with Father's Day celebrations at Woopi Brewing Co.

Set your budget

We know you’re going to want to attend all of the great events on offer and BCU can help you to plan ahead to make sure you have enough funds to enjoy the festivities.

Check out mymo by BCU, an app that shows you all of your accounts across all your financial institutions in one place so you can get the full picture of your finances. You can set up a budget quickly and easily and match it to your pay cycle. All of your transactions will be automatically categorised, so you can track your spending at a glance.

mymo will even let you know when bills are coming up so you can make sure there’s enough money in your account to cover them. It's not too late to start saving for tickets to an extra event (may be suggest the Dinner and Drag?) or making a plan to pay off your credit card if you've gone all-out.

Take the festival home with you

This is a note to those coming from out of state: Make sure you book checked luggage if you're flying and consider an esky if you're on a road trip. You're going to want to bring so many amazing goodies home with you that carry-on luggage isn’t going to cut it. We guarantee it!
